Paragon has worked with this company for 13 years, initially involved with the provision of component kits and pre-production quantities through the Paragon TCM® service.

- low volume / complex products: the company needed to be confident that Paragon was capable of managing a range of low volume, complex products and demonstrate that it was capable of providing kits to multiple assembly locations.

SOLUTION

With rapid growth, and constant product development, the company looked to Paragon to help them to manage all aspects of assembly. Paragon had been developing its own portfolio of services and was able to take on the management of this programme.

- introduction of EMM (Electronic Manufacturing Management): the company quickly benefited from Paragon’s ability to manage the whole process, from procurement of components through to the management of the assembly.

- reduced stock and improved lead times: Paragon EMM has allowed the company to reduce its finished goods stock levels, and improve lead times.

- reduced costs: Paragon’s expertise in component procurement, manufacturing management and testing has helped the company to lower its overall costs.
